Website and consultation requests

This website provides general information about Terrence Haas Law LLC (Haas Law). It does not provide legal advice. Sending a consultation request does not create an attorney-client relationship, confirm an appointment, or mean that the firm has agreed to represent you. Representation requires a separate agreement with the firm. Do not rely on this form for court deadlines or urgent matters, and do not include confidential or sensitive details.

Haas Law SMS program

If you choose the optional SMS-consent checkbox and provide your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Terrence Haas Law LLC about your consultation request, appointment scheduling and reminders, and client-service communications. This consent does not cover marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving legal services. You may request a consultation and communicate with the office without opting in to text messages.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of the SMS program. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out; after that, you will receive no further program messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@haaslawoffice.com. Contact the office if your number changes or you no longer control it.

Delivery and privacy

Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messages are not an appropriate channel for confidential or urgent legal information. Our Privacy Policy describes information handling, including protections for mobile information and SMS-consent data.
